Village at Southern Oaks is a pet-friendly apartment community, providing a wonderful place for not only you to live, but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. Here at our 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, we believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs under 30 lbs. with a $300.00 pet fee. Pets must be eight months or older. Breed restrictions apply. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
